This tutorial was written for PSP10. I have included lots of
instructions and screen
shots
with the hope that
anyone
can do
this tutorial.

Paint Shop Pro 10, a 30 day trial program
can be downloaded here.
I used a purchased Rion Vernon tube for my tag. You will have to decide on a tube of your choice for this tutorial.
Eye Candy 5 Nature
Toadies 1 created by Ilya Razmanov aka Ilyich the Toad here.
Make a folder named "Toadies" in your Plugins folder and extract the files from the zip to that folder.
I used the font Verticalization for this tut and you can find
it
here.
Also, the font used for the title is called Vargas and you can
find that one here.
Unzip them, open and minimize them on your desktop.
They will show up in the Text menu in PSP.
Let's get started!
Open a new image

,
400 width x 500 height,
Raster Background, Color white (#FFFFFF).
With your tube active, go to Edit/Copy.
Click on your new canvas and go to Edit/Paste/Paste as a New Layer.
Now go to Layers/Duplicate.
Right click on "Copy of Raster 1" and rename this layer
"tube".
In your Layer palette, click on Raster 1.
Go to Effects/Distortion Effects/Wave.
Use these settings ....
(you may have to make adjustments depending on the tube you use.)

Go to Effects/Plugins/Eye
Candy 5 Nature/Drip.
With these settings
..
Skip the "Settings" tag
On the "Drip" tab
Drip length 60.00
Width 7.34
Density 85
Taper 59
Dribble 15
Random seed 71
On the "Melt" tab
Melt length 0.00
On the "Lighting" tab
Direction 127
Inclination 63
Highlight Brightness 50
Highlight size 60
Highlight Color White
Shadow Strength 70
Shadow Color Black
Lighting Coverage 70
In your Layer palette, lower the opacity of this layer to 40.

Still on Raster 1, go to Layers/Duplicate.
Click on your Selection tool
and using these settings ..
make a rectangular selection from 25, 25 to 375, 475.
Look at your status bar located at the bottom right
of the PSP workspace for these numbers ....

We are making this selection so when we apply the next filter
the effect will stay away from
the edges of the canvas.
Now go to Effects/Plugins/Toadies/Weaver.
Settings are ..
Cell Width 54
Cell Height 38
Cell Edges On/Off 255
Go to Selections/Select none.
In the Layer palette click on the tube layer.
Go to Effects/3D Effects/ Drop Shadow.
Vertical and Horizontal 2, Opacity 50, Blur 4 and Color ~ black.
#000000.
Now to add the text.
In your Material Palette, make your foreground color #6e4535 and
your
background color #bb5730. Click on your Text tool
and use these settings ..

Click on your canvas and this will open the Text Entry window.
Type in your name and click Apply. Using the deform box, position
your text
near the bottom.
In your Layer palette,
right
click on Vector 1
and Convert to Raster Layer.
Selections/Select All, Selects/Float. Selections/Defloat.
Selections/Modify/Contract/ 2 pixels.
Effects/3D
Effects/
Inner Bevel and use these settings ...
Go to Selections/Select none.
Go to Effects/Plugins/Eye Candy 5 Nature/Drip.
Use the same settings as before.
You'll need to zoom in on your text and use your Selection tool set at Feather 0 and
Anti-Alias off
to select and delete those litte drips off the bottom of the text. Selections/Select none.
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow and add a drop shadow using
the
same settings as the tube shadow but change the opacity to 40 and the blur to 2.
Save a copy of your tag in .psp format then go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible.
Add any copyright information and your watermark. Your tag is complete!
