This is a LONG tutorial (so you've been warned!) and the "shopping list" is massive but I hope you will
give it a try!

Paint Shop Pro 10, a 30 day trial can be downloaded here.

I used the "typekeys" alphas,
the second silver photo frame , scrap lace "a-dozi's-lace-broad-stripes-07.psp" at the bottom here.

Please have all these items open in PSP. You can close each one out as we use them during the tutorial.

Let's get started ...
1. Open a new image 600 x 550, background color #FFFFFF. Let's set up the Materials Palette now since we are only
using two colors and the pattern tile for this tut. Make your Foreground color black and your Background color #a47152.
2. Go to Layers / New Raster Layer and name this layer "lace brush".
Click on your Paint brush and go to the brush preview window.
Find "gh_lacesquare" and change the size to 470.
Using the Background color apply the brush to the center of the image. Your co-ordinates will be x:300 y:275.
Go to Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen More.
3. Open the tube "a-dozi's-lace-frame01.psp".
Go to Image / Resize ~ Width and Height 46 Percent, Smart Size and uncheck Resize all Layers.
Go to Edit / Copy then go to back your working image and go to Edit / Paste as New Layer.
Your lace frame should fit right over the lace brush we applied in the previous step.
Go to Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen.
Go to Effects / 3D Effects / Drop Shadow and use these settings ..
Vertical and Horizontal 2, Opacity 30, Blur 7 and Color Black
4. Turn your Background color off and change your Foreground Properties box to Pattern.
Locate the "gh_patterntile_rememberwhen.jpg". Set the Angle to 0 and the Scale to 60%.
Click on your Preset Shapes tool
and use these settings ...
Rounded Rectangle, uncheck retain style, check Anti-alias and Create as Vector. Line Style is Solid, Width 20.
Start at the first row of eyelet on the top left and draw out a rounded rectangle like below ...
Make sure the first row of eyelet shows on all sides of the frame. The frame will be surrounded by the Object selection box, use that to make any adjustments.
Right click on this layer in the layer palette and convert to a raster layer.
Go to Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel and use these settings ..
Bevel 1
Width 31
Smoothness 25
Depth 7
Ambience 0
Shininess 54
Angle 315
Intensity 39
Elevation 36
Apply the same drop shadow you used for the lace frame.
In your layer palette click on the lace brush layer. Open the "a-dozi's-lace-broad-stripes-07.psp" and go to Edit / Copy.
Go back to your image and go to Edit / Paste as New Layer.
Click on your Mover tool
and pull the lace down until only the top half is showing.
Click on your Selection Tool
with settings of Rectangle, Mode ~ Add, Feather ~ 0 and Anti-Alias unchecked. Make a selection like below then go to Edit / Cut.
Go to Selections / Select None.
Now we are going to make the picture and it involves quite a few steps so I hope you'll hang in there with me!
In your Layer palette click on your top layer.
Open the "paper1_gh.psp" and go to Edit /Copy then go to your image and go to Edit / Paste as New Layer.
Lower the opacity of this layer to 65 and move it over to the right side.
Open "a-dozi's-photoframe-02.psp" and go to Edit /Copy then go to your image and go to Edit / Paste as New Layer. Click on your Pick Tool
and using one of the middle nodes on the side, make the frame square then turn it like the screen shot below. 
Using your Magic wand
, (Mode ~ Add, Match Mode : RBG Value, Tolerance 0, feather 0 and anti-alias unchecked) click inside the frame. Go to Layers / New Raster layer and name it photoframe fill.
In the layer palette drag this layer below the photo frame layer . Go to Selections / Modify / Expand 2 pixels, change your foreground color from pattern back to color and flood fill with black. Selections / Select None.
Click on your top layer and go to Effects / 3D Effects / Drop Shadow and repeat the same drop shadow.
Add a new raster layer and name it frame 2.
Click on your Selection Tool
and make a selection starting at x:200, y:150 and draw to x:525, y:460, flood fill with black. Go to Selections / Modify / Contract / Numbers of Pixels 4.
Flood fill with your background color #a47152. Don't deselect yet.
Add a new raster layer and open "angelina-vectored-gh.jpg". Go to Edit / Copy then go back to your image and
go to Edit / Paste into Selection. Lower the opacity of this layer to 58. Don't deselect yet.
Add a new raster layer and open your tube "Tulle_Dress_Jaided_10-7-05.psp". Go to Edit / Copy then go back to your image and go to Edit / Paste into Selection. Go to Selections / Select None.
Click on your Pick tool
and push the middle left node over to the right about 40 pixels. Go to Effects / 3D Effects / Drop Shadow and use these settings ..
Vertical 0, Horizontal -9, Opacity 40, Blur 16 and Color Black.
Here's what you should have so far ..
Open "Negative_Jaided.png" and go to Image / Resize. Width 357 pixels, Height 110 pixels, Smart Size,
Resize all Layers. Go to Edit / Copy then go back to your image and go to Edit / Paste as New Layer.
Position the negative near the bottom of the frame.
Open "Remember_When_Jaided" and go to Image / Resize Width 175 pixels, Height 65 pixels, Smart Size, Resize all Layers.
Go to Edit / Copy then go back to your image and go to Edit / Paste as New Layer. Using your Mover Tool
position the buckle in the middle of the negative. Go to Adjust / Hue and Saturation / Colorize. Hue 15, Saturation 84. Go to Layers /Duplicate and change the blend mode of this layer to Multiply. Right click on this layer and go to Merge / Merge Down. Click on the negative layer (Raster 9) and click on the Warp Brush
and use these settings ..
Zoom in
and very carefully and slowly push the negative down from the top and up from the bottom so it appears to be gathered behind the buckle.
Click on your buckle layer (Raster 10) and using your freehand selection tool
with these settings .. Selection type Point to Point, Mode Add(Shift), Feather 1, Smoothing 0 and Anti-alias checked.
Select the areas of the buckle that would be behind the film strip and hit the delete key on your keyboard.
Selections / Select None.
Then add a drop shadow to the film strip ...
Vertical 0, Horizontal 0, Opacity 80, Blur 6 and Color Black.
Add a drop shadow the buckle ...
Vertical 0, Horizontal 3, Opacity 80, Blur 6 and Color Black.
Open "Grey_Jaided.png" and go to Image / Resize Width 104 pixels, Height 200 pixels, Smart Size, Resize all Layers.
Go to Edit / Copy then go back to your image and go to Edit / Paste as New Layer. Position the paper clip at the top, middle of the black bordered photo. Using your Selection Tool
, Rounded Square, Add, Feather 1 and Anti-Alias checked make a selection around the gray gem on the paper clip. Zoom in for this step. Go to Adjust / Hue and Saturation / Colorize. Hue 15, Saturation 84. Selections / Select None. Using your Selection tool again, but change the type to rectangle, select the middle part of the paper clip and hit the delete key on
your keyboard. 
Add a Drop Shadow ..
Vertical 0, Horizontal 0, Opacity 80, Blur 6 and Color Black.
Ok, let's merge the photo layers so we can turn it. Right click in your layer palette and choose View/None.
Turn on Raster 11, 10, 9, 8, 7 and Frame 2. Go to Layers/ Merge/ Merge Visible.
Right click on the Merged layer and click on View / All.
While still on the Merged layer go to Image / Free Rotate / Right / Degrees Free 20.00 uncheck All Layers.
Go to Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen.
Reposition your frame like in the screen shot below ..
Add a drop shadow ...
Vertical 0, Horizontal 0, Opacity 80, Blur 12 and Color Black.
We are almost done!
Open "a-dozi's-metal-misc-06.psp" and click on your selection tool
using these settings ..Rectangle, Add, Feather 0 and Anti-Alias unchecked, make a a selection around the right dragonfly.
Go to Edit / Copy, then back to your image and go to Edit /Paste as New Layer. Use your Pick tool
to make the dragonfly smaller and turn it like the screen shot below ..
Add the same drop shadow as the previous step.
Open "buttons_gh.psp". The "remember when" layer is active so go to Edit/ Copy then back to your image and go to Edit / Paste
as New Layer. Position the button at the bottom of the pictures where they intersect the lace strip and add the same drop shadow.
Open "a-dozi's-paperclip-SHAPE-01.psp". Go to Edit/ Copy then back to your image and go to Edit / Paste as New Layer. I zoomed in and used the freehand selection tool
with these settings ..Point to Point, Add, Feather 1, Anti-Alias checked.
Select all the beads. Go to Adjust / Hue and Saturation / Colorize and use the same settings as before.
Selections / Select None.
Position your paper clip like the screen shot below and using your freehand selection tool
select the area and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections / Select None. Go to Adjust / Sharpness /Sharpen. Add a Drop Shadow.Vertical 0, Horizontal 0, Opacity 80, Blur 12 and Color Black.
Open "katzerl's-alphas-typekeys-01.psp". Go to Image /Resize Width and Height 60 %. Using your Selection Tool
select the first letter of your name. Go to Edit/ Copy then back to your image and go to Edit / Paste as New Layer. Go to Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen.
Add a Drop Shadow.
Vertical -2, Horizontal 3, Opacity 60, Blur 9 and Color Black.
Move your first letter over to the patterned frame on the left like below.
Continue the process until your have all your letters pasted, sharpen and shadowed.
Add a new raster layer for your watermark, save as a jpg and you are done!
